John F. Ketcherside

John F. Ketcherside graduated from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg with a BS in Economics in 1983. He attended graduate school at CMSU and the University of Missouri at Columbia, and taught Economics courses at CMSU and Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. John worked for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources as a Planner and Grants Analyst before leaving to attend California Western School of Law and the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law where he was on Law Review at both schools. He received his JD in 1990, and has since worked for law firms and in sole practice at offices in Kansas City and Liberty, Missouri, Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Mississippi, and in multiple Federal Appellate Courts.

Mr. Ketcherside currently represents disability claimants in Social Security, Supplemental Security Income and Veteran’s Administration cases throughout the Southeast. His work includes administrative hearings and appeals before multiple US District Courts and the Fifth and Sixth US Circuit Courts of Appeal in Social Security and Supplemental Security Income cases, and before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims in VA disability and Widows’ and Dependents’ claims.
